Of course! Kids are welcome the entire weekend. During the reception, we kindly request that all children between the ages of 1 and 12 gather in the Robert Redford Screening Room, where they will be served dinner and enjoy a family-friendly film under the supervision of one of our school teachers. We are hoping this will allow parents to enjoy their dinner before we all come together again when the dancing begins.

We have secured a room block at Sundance Mountain Resort for our guests to utilize. The Stewart Mountain Lodging also has choices for larger cabins at a reasonable price. Many other hotels are 20-30 minutes away in Provo, Utah. We are encouraging everyone to stay close by in order to enjoy the weekend and all the events planned together.

Our theme is "suits & boots". We are aiming for black tie optional. Women are encouraged to wear floor length dresses. We would love it if dresses were in our color palette of black, brown, green and tan, but most important is for you to wear what you love. Men are encouraged to wear tuxedos or suits. Cowboy hats and boots are welcomed!

If you and your family would like to participate in the fly fishing or the kid's art class, please reach out to Makenzie Beisswanger at 805.390.3758. The guided hike does not require reservation beforehand. All other activities, such as the spa, should be arranged directly with Sundance Mountain Resort.

Salt Lake City airport is roughly 45 minute drive from Sundance. On May 1st, there are nonstop flights to Salt Lake airport from Burbank (Delta, JetSuiteX) and all DMV (Delta, United, Southwest) airports on Friday, May 1st. Provo airport is roughly 30 minute drive from Sundance, but will have less options. Lastly, Heber Valley airport is about 20 minute drive from Sundance, but only has private flights.
